- Just an Oakland girl trying to do my part to reduce my plastic waste and plastic consumption and encourage others to do the same. I've been blogging about plastic since June 2007 and hope to have a completely plastic-free life by the end of 2008. (I hope by then I'll have used up all the plastic-packaged stuff I bought before I started giving a crap about the environment again.)
